Return policy

1. RETURN POLICY
Please ensure the items you wish to return meet the following requirements:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed (no odors, makeup stains, signs of wear, or deodorant stains).
Items must be in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Products must be in perfect condition.
Bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Any marked bottoms will be refused for return or exchange.
A completed Return Form must be included in the parcel. Returns without the form will be sent back to the customer.
Your name and order number must be included for us to process your return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Sale items or items purchased with discount codes are final sale and cannot be refunded. However, subscription or thank-you codes do not apply to final sale items.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 10 days from the date you receive your goods to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period.

2. COMPLETE OUR RETURN FORM
To initiate a return, contact us at harnawear@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, download the Return Form [here]. Please include your name and order number on the form; we cannot process returns or refunds without this information.

3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES (Outside Indonesia)
If returning from outside Indonesia:

Complete and include our Return Form in your parcel.
Attach a customs declaration form to the outside of your package, available at your local post office.
Write “Sample Goods” and assign a value of $1 per item on the customs declaration. Incorrect declarations may result in customs charges, which we are not liable for. If customs fees are requested, your package will be rejected and returned to the sender.
This policy applies to both returns and exchanges.

4. SENDING YOUR RETURN
Ensure your return is securely packed, fully sealed, and clearly labeled with the return address listed on the Return Form.
Don’t forget to include the completed Return Form with your name and order number; otherwise, we cannot process your return.
Customers are responsible for their returns until they are received at our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked or recorded shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
5. RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed after it is received.

6. EXCHANGE PROCESS
Exchanges typically take 7–10 days to process. To request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, complete the Return Form [here]. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund for the item will be issued.

7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

9. NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:

Sale items, gift cards, or shipping costs.
Items in our “Sales Corner.”
Items purchased on sale or with discount codes are final sale and non-refundable. However, subscription and thank-you codes are not considered final sale.
10. RETAIL VS. SALE ITEM EXCHANGES
Items purchased at their regular retail price cannot be exchanged for items currently on sale. Exchanges are only valid at the original purchase price. Sale prices apply exclusively to new purchases made during the sale period and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

11. UNPAID CUSTOMS TAX
If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs taxes, a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
